• First Stop: Visit to a traditional olive oil mill, exploring ancient Minoan and Byzantine methods alongside modern production, with olive oil and honey tasting.
• Second Stop: Guided walking tour through fascinating ghost village, frozen in time and surrounded by impressive mountain scenery.
• Off-road riding through dirt tracks, olive groves and rugged mountain landscapes.
• Third Stop: Free time in Fodele village, birthplace of El Greco, with time to explore local shops, walk along the river or taste the famous local orange juice.
• Scenic route back to Agia Pelagia.
